"Keeping the Lights On" B&W or Color

I could not decide if the B&W or the color looked better.

Tonight I finally had some time to bundle up for the zero degree temperature to catch the sunset and try painting with light on the shoreline of the power plant in Portage. I used my cell phone for light until it ran out of power. LOL It's a good thing we have a power plant to supply us with electricity. I was going to do some lower ISO settings but after the light from my cell phone went kaput it ended my first attempts of painting with light. I guess I need a more reliable light source for the next time... LOL
