
Curtis Aircraft P-40 Warhawk
Trying to complement Clifford Price's P-40 Photo from earlier.
Little history comment, The Australian Air Force came up with the initial idea of the Tiger Shark Paint Scheme on the P-40. The P-40 had the perfect nose & engine cowling for this paint scheme.
The rest is history. No plane ever looked meaner than the P-40 from the front...maybe the A-10 Warthog is 2nd.
